ABOUT THE BRAND 

Founded as a Menswear Retail Shop , Ragazzi is a well known premium men’s clothing and accessories store known for its fashion knowledge and approachable style. They offer a premium collection of stylish and well know brands (and some not), focusing on both quality and current trends.

WHY MIGRATE?

Ragazzi needed a new website that could translate their personalised in-store shopping experience to an online space as well as grow quickly with them. Originally starting off on the Visualsoft platform, they soon came to release the limitations of the platform and frustrations with the after service, not to mention the high costs associated.

THE SOLUTION

As a result, they turned to The Fashion Circle and Shopify. In migrating from Visualsoft to Shopify, Ragazzi now has a stable and ever-adapting platform for growth. Shopify has also provided the brand with a high level of in-house control that was previously impossible. The Fashion Circle managed to bring over all the information that was needed from the Visualsoft from the product catalogue all the way through the latest customer orders - seamlessly transitioning over to Shopify. Design-wise, The Fashion Circle designed a stylish yet approachable new custom theme set-up to deliver higher conversions and a stress-free customer experience.
